Latest News and Events:

happy christmas & new year!

We wanted to let you know that we will be taking a short break from some of our activities in January and February. My husband, Kev, (who I’m sure many of you have met over the years) has recently been diagnosed with a health condition and will begin treatment in late December.

In light of this, and in order to focus on supporting Kev during this time, we have made the decision to temporarily pause new bookings for Gin Making Courses and Distillery Tours for January and February. Rest assured, we will fulfil all existing bookings and have already made arrangements.

Willow Tree Gin will still be operating online and we’d love your continued support. If you’d like to enjoy our gin or purchase a voucher for a Gin Making Course (valid for March 2025 and beyond), your orders will be greatly appreciated and will help keep things ticking over in the meantime.

We look forward to welcoming you back for all things gin in March, and we thank you for your understanding and support.

Wishing you all a peaceful and joyful Christmas season, The Willow Tree Team x

Willow Tree has recently started working with the London Farmers Markets.

Working on a rotation basis the team have visited Parliament Hill, High Street Kensington, Balham and Notting Hill

Willow Tree is receiving a great reaction from a new and diverse audience with the flavour increasingly reaching an audience from around the world.

The team love hearing the stories of how people have found their way to our stall. We have had people visiting the UK from Australia to look after grand children, the USA to start a new life and see the world and sadly displaced by the conflict in Ukraine to name a few.

It is amazing to think that the taste created in our Bedfordshire distillery is being increasingly enjoyed on a global basis.

National Trust

The Willow Tree team has spent the summer and start of autumn supporting various events for the National Trust.

With the National Trust being the largest conservation charity in Europe and protect historic places and green spaces which as a result has taken us to various sites of where of historic interest such as Canons Ashby, Lyveden, Wimpole Estate.

The most recent events have focused on Apple harvest season with our gin, elderflower and apple recipe proving popular among the visitors!
