cancellation policy

Willow Tree Distillery is run by a very small, hard-working team and event cancellations really affect our business and therefore our cancellation policy is as follows:

If you need to reschedule your Gin Making Experience or Distillery Tour we require a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to your booked date. For groups of 6+ we require 7 days notice prior to your booked date.

If you wish to reschedule within 48 hours of your booking, you will be liable for 100% of the total cost of your booking and we unfortunately will not be able to issue a refund or reschedule. We are however, happy for you to gift your ticket/s to a friend or family member to use on your behalf.
