Learning Lunchtime at The Forest of Marston Vale

  • The Forest of Marston Vale Station Road Bedford, England, MK43 United Kingdom (map)

Willow Tree Distillery is Bedfordshire’s first and only distillery, and home of the award-winning Willow Tree gin. Come along to a fun interactive session and learn about how the business started, the history of gin and how they become sustainable - from planting trees with the Forest of Marston Vale to saving thousands of litres of water through process methods! There'll be a chance to ask questions to their head distiller and founder Mary Vincent, sample Willow Tree gin and purchase discounted products on the day.

Talks are approx. 1 hour long, with time for questions. Limited space available, please arrive early to avoid disappointment.

As there is a cost involved in putting on the Learning Lunchtime talks, donations to the Forest of Marston Vale are much appreciated. There will be a collection bucket in the room or you can click here to donate online if you'd prefer. Parking charges also apply. Friends of the Forest get free parking all year round* at the Forest Centre - click here for more information.

If you're interested in the Millennium Country Park, we run events like talks, family activities and guided nature walks throughout the year. Click here to view our upcoming events.
