Learning Lunchtime at The Forest Centre

Willow Tree Distillery is Bedfordshire’s first and only distillery, and home of the award-winning Willow Tree gin. Come along and learn about: 

  • How Willow Tree started and their company story

  • The history of gin and how it’s developed throughout the years

  • How Willow Tree make their gin

  • How they are a sustainable business - from planting trees with the Forest of Marston Vale to saving thousands of litres of water

  • Different events held at their local distillery including gin-making courses, distillery tours and cocktail making

  • The art of making the perfect G+T.

There will also be a chance to ask questions to their head distiller and CEO Mary Vincent and a gin-themed game involving herbs and botanicals!

Talks are approx. 1 hour long, with time for questions. Limited space available, please arrive early to avoid disappointment.
